At Manor Clinic, our team of experienced psychologists offers comprehensive assessments for ADHD in both children and adults. We use evidence-based tools to evaluate attention, impulsivity, hyperactivity, and executive functioning to provide a clear and accurate diagnosis. Timely diagnosis is essential in helping individuals access appropriate interventions and support, improving daily functioning and quality of life.
We conduct ADHD assessments for individuals starting from age 4 through adulthood. Early diagnosis helps facilitate the right interventions, leading to better outcomes.
Parents, guardians, or adults can request an ADHD assessment directly or seek a referral from a mental health professional, such as a physician or psychologist. While a referral is not required, it helps facilitate collaboration with other healthcare providers, particularly family physicians or pediatricians, to ensure a holistic and continuous care approach.
After an ADHD diagnosis, our multidisciplinary team provides ongoing support through individualized care plans, behavioral strategies, and therapeutic guidance. Medication support is available, with our psychiatrist initiating treatment, and we recommend involving your family physician for ongoing prescribing. Our ADHD coaches assist with organization and time management. We also collaborate with families to ensure access to both therapeutic and medication-based interventions for long-term success.
