Our quality assurance program ensures that every patient receives comprehensive, evidence-based treatments tailored to their unique needs. We continuously evaluate and improve our services through rigorous protocols, staff training, and patient feedback.

At Manor Clinic, we treat your personal data with the highest level of security and confidentiality, following all applicable privacy laws in Alberta. Your records are securely stored in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, which can only be accessed by authorized staff on a need-to-know basis. In compliance with the Health Information Act (HIA), the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (FOIP), we ensure that all personal data is used solely for your care. Additionally, we have a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) approved by the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta (OIPC), further safeguarding your information and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, ensuring your privacy remains a top priority.

Regulatory Bodies

All our clinicians are accredited members of recognized governing bodies, ensuring they adhere to strict clinical governance standards. This means they are held accountable to the regulations and guidelines set forth by these professional organizations and are required to undergo an annual declaration process to maintain their credentials. These regulations ensure that our clinicians consistently provide safe, ethical, and high-quality care to all patients.
