Registered Nurse (RN)

Diane Slauenwhite has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for the past 34 years. She earned her nursing degree from the University of Alberta in April 1992. Diane began her career as an RN at the Charles Camsell Hospital and the Royal Alexandra Hospital, and later built a significant portion of her career at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital as a rehabilitation nurse. During this time, she worked extensively with adult patients in stroke, orthopedic, amputation, and burn rehabilitation. Diane’s most recent role has been as the clinic nurse in the Adult FASD outpatient assessment clinic at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital since March 2018.

In this role, Diane developed extensive experience supporting complex, multidisciplinary FASD assessments. She worked closely with physicians, psychologists, and allied health professionals to promote clarity, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the assessment and diagnostic process. Diane has also contributed her expertise to Manor Clinic by assisting with Ketamine Treatment Services.

Diane is a valued member of the Manor Clinic team, serving as a Registered Nurse within the Manor FASD Assessment & Clinical Services. She also supports patients in their wellness journey through Ketamine, TMS, and IV Services, while contributing to the smooth functioning and overall operations of the clinic.
