Holly Reeve is a dedicated mental health therapist with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Clinical Specialization from the University of Calgary and has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. She has also served as a clinical supervisor for a complex needs mental health team, further strengthening her expertise in providing compassionate and effective care.
Holly believes that each client is the expert in their own life and ensures that therapy is a collaborative, authentic, and client-centered experience. She provides support in areas such as anger management, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, trauma, first responder/military issues, parent-child relationships, and interpersonal challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion Regulation strategies, Narrative Therapy, Play-Based Strategies, and Mindfulness.
