Jenny Ann Phillips (She/Her)

Registered Psychologist

Jenny Ann Phillips is a registered psychologist and a member of both the College of Alberta Psychologists and the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta. She earned her master’s degree in counselling psychology from McGill University in 2017 and has experience working in private practice as well as interdisciplinary clinics.

Jenny Ann works with adults aged 18 and over, supporting clients at all stages of life. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Using an integrative approach, she incorporates evidence-based modalities such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She has a particular interest in inference-based cognitive behavioral therapy (I-CBT) for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).

Jenny Ann values collaboration in therapy, working alongside clients to develop meaningful strategies for growth, healing, and resilience. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys engaging in professional development through webinars, journal articles, and books. She also finds joy in going for walks and spending quality time with her beloved fur baby.
