At Manor Clinic, our psychologists specialize in comprehensive LDS for individuals of all ages. These assessments are designed to evaluate reading, writing, math, and cognitive processing skills to identify specific learning disorders such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Early and accurate identification of learning disorders helps individuals receive the tailored interventions and support they need to succeed academically and professionally.
We offer learning disorder assessments for children aged 5 and above and for adults, ensuring that individuals across different life stages can receive the support they need to thrive in school, work, and everyday activities.
Parents, guardians, or adults can directly request a learning disorder assessment or seek input from a teacher, physician, or other educational or mental health professionals. A formal referral letter is not required.
After a learning disorder diagnosis, our psychologists provide individualized care plans that include recommendations for educational accommodations, learning strategies, and support for working with schools or workplaces to implement necessary adjustments. We also provide guidance for Individualized Program Plans (IPPs) and offer parent and individual support training to help manage learning challenges at home, school, or work. Our goal is to ensure that each individual receives the appropriate tools and strategies to achieve success.
